@@gabypaztennis Interesting take on current forehand technique: "Is the Next Gen Forehand Biggest Scam in Tennis!", gets into the quirky, stylistic elements on the tour. Makes a good case for inconsistency (results) among some players.
Good but you needed a camera behind you. In the one clip you did show from behind, your hand gets further away from the body which does allow the racket to lag behind the wrist.
@@TheNickman66 it does lag. Always when you accelerate, but you don’t want to get the racket super far back. Tks for input. Will do some from back also 👍🏻
i don't agree with your step 2. step 1 needs to turn more the shoulder but after if you do step 2 you lose energy and time, after step 1 correctly done, you just need to drop the racket face to the ground to store the energy before letting your body goes forward and taking the racket as the passenger. i don't know if i am clear ;)
Terima kasih.
Thanks so much! 💕💕💕
You "da bomb", another fine lesson. Liked the progression on unit turn > racquet ready.

Good demonstration.... What's important, is taking all balls earlier, whatever the speed of these balls....

Is it important to close the racket face before swing forward?
You need to have it at least slightly closed. And some players close it more. Also depends on your grip! :)
great lesson. would be helpful to include 10 to 20 seconds of live play with a partner to see the forehand steps in full action.
Thanks! Good idea 👍🏻
Is there a modern style of backhand?
Yes! Check some of my backhand videos! :)
