Thanks for explaining again why to keep the sway bar. All you have to do it try it both ways a few times to see why you keep it on. So many people think they know. Same thing on my Doo, it may be easier to get on edge with the bar off, but the sled overall is much harder to ride that way. I got the quick disconnect but I never ever use it anymore under any circumstances.
Love what you guys are doing. Trying to ride a AC this year after 5 seasons on a RMK. One thing i have noticed about the AC hardcore is how great the fox QS3s work on it. From this I know I will definitely put aftermarket shocks on my next Axys. Thanks again for so much helpful information.
Just want to say thanks for this podcast. I ride a '19 Alpha One and I now have way more appreciation and understanding for the QS3's on it already. Bought the AC only because the AC dealer here in Whitehorse has taken such good care of me. However it was riding a buddies '17 RMK Pro that made me realize I was riding wrong sled before. I'm planning on riding with you guys at Grizzly Lodge spring 2021...
I made it to minute 49 and have a quick question! My '19 alpha one cat 154 comes with the Qs3 which work pretty well. However they have no rebound adjustment. I find everytime I jump its nose high and need to tap the brake to level out. How can I get more pop out of the rear end for jumping?? Thanks guys keep the wikid podcasts coming!!
Yo yo wiz haha just playin. I've been watching guys, cant stand the summers eather nor this damn crona virus well I don't mind coeur d alene idaho summers but ya can't wate for the snow to fly I've been thinking about comming down and riding with u guys soon im loving my 2018 axys 163... i went from the 08 dragon 700 damn what a difference but im wanting a 36 inch stance and mabe some shocks think in 19 they all came with the 36 inch stance but not the 18s Whats a good brand
Great podcast as always and I followed your advise and left comment here on UA-cam since its easier for your guys. I listened as always even though I don't ride in the mountains. I must say that Chris B. is very knowledgeable on suspension setup. The whole "hard" vs. "soft" and "slow" vs. "fast" was very interesting perspective.
Great podcast. I'm one of those guys that doesn't understand the value of shocks.....but just installed a set of Float3 Evols to give it a try. See you late Jan !
Hi, awesome podcast again! I run an 850 3 "with QS3 What is your recommendation regarding air pressure? -230 pounds riderweight Ski? Center? Rear Bogie? 100% mountain Is it possible to upgrade rebuild to IQS? thanks for the reply/
Troy Daniel you might like 2 for deepest snow to make it slower is what I think I got from it. Lock out the back to keep the front down when going up a hill.
What an awesome video/podcast. Thanks for taking the time to explain the differences and what they can do. I watch everyone of your video uploads. The amount of stuff I've picked up about how the Polaris Axys chassis is super helpful. Thanks again.
Green screen background so you can do scenery, sleds, or cut in any topic specific things you are inclined to show. Come on Ross, your the technology guy, make it happen. 😀
Ya I hear ya on that but... the stock cat Qs3 only have single stage air (spring) rate, and no rebound adjustment which sucks! Don't get me wrong I love the 3 settings on the Qs3 but i really wish there was a rebound adjustment. I find when jumping its nose high everytime I jump. any suggestions?
Luckily I’m the same weight as Chris so I can basically copy what he has. I’ve been using fox’s chart to adjust my evol3 r’s on my 15’ pro rmk. Wondering what air pressure he is using in both chambers? Also ive been using a qs3 from an m8000 for my front track shock and that thing is awesome, put it on “1” and I can climb super strap stuff and on “3” it just rips wheelies.
Lots of talk but very little technical speak, some of use like more technical material. You should have had big Kyle (me) on there for the technical end! You know what you need to do next after the little Kyle episode. ---> Why you think guys like Big Kyle don't need these heavy 270 hp+ machines.
I use to deliver mail to your dad at his shop. He’s an awesome dude! Thanks for this information. Helps a lot

If you only had the budget to upgrade either the front or rear shocks, which would be more beneficial or notice more?
Kody depends on what issues you are having that makes you want to upgrade in the first place
For me, I upgraded the fronts first to help me keep my line, then upgraded the rear once my rear start bottoming out
You could go all 4 in the Float 3 Evol pkg they sold last yr. (Not sure if they have again or not).

What main/evol pressures do you run and common pressure adjustments?

Can you give me some advice on a couple things from when you use to ride the older m- series?
Backround:
- backlit signature centered on the wall with light grey sponsor logo's surrounding it.
- start putting damaged parts around as a collage
What pressure do you guys run in your fox qs3?
i guess I'm kinda randomly asking but does anyone know a good site to watch new movies online?
@Vincent Gordon i use FlixZone. Just search on google for it =)
@Sam Vincent yea, been using flixzone for since march myself =)
@Sam Vincent Thank you, signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there =) Appreciate it!!
@Vincent Gordon No problem :)
Chris or Ross, what psi do you run in your fox qs3 shocks on the axys?
So do you guys not adjust air pressure in the morning...??? I was always told you have to adjust air pressure to the temperature outside

Suspension upgrade and short tunnels weren’t in my budget.... so I bought a cat haha
What I was thinking the whole time
What’s awesome about the cat m8000 Is you can cut the tunnel off and slap the bumper back on and your good to go.
Wouldn’t be able to use any other sled other than my pro rmk tho, I’ve tried everything else and it doesn’t handle like i want.
Zeesneakyninja cat tunnels are already shorter than the track from factory.

Great episode! Thanks guys. Made it to min 49
soft medium and lock out
wheele medium and hill climb mode
Thank you for the input on suspension set ups.
Could you use nitrogen in the floats shocks so the pressure stays the same with warmer or colder weather
The air you pump in to the shock is already 78% nitrogen so it would not make much of a difference.

Wayne Priest you should be very pleased
Hi, awesome podcast again!

Ski?
Center?
Rear Bogie?
100% mountain
Is it possible to upgrade rebuild to IQS? thanks for the reply/
Story time is the best cant wait for the next one!
Do you set up suspension the same on a turbo sled as you would a stock sled?
So to clarify for qs3’s keep it on 1 for pow then lock it out In the back for going uphill..
Troy Daniel you might like 2 for deepest snow to make it slower is what I think I got from it. Lock out the back to keep the front down when going up a hill.
Definitely made sense on a couple things that I wasn't understanding on my current shock setup
Great episode guys! Very informative. Thanks again!!

Ditto
This is the video iv needed for years!! Thank you Chris and Ross keep up the good work. Now time to save up for some IQS's
Dang would have been sweet to get 20% off the IQS setup I just bought this weekend from the webpage.
Please fix the podcast on Google Play 🙏
Oh and yes, please more KYLE !!!!
Made it to 49!!!
When or why would you put an ARC shock package on from skinz?
Green screen background so you can do scenery, sleds, or cut in any topic specific things you are inclined to show. Come on Ross, your the technology guy, make it happen. 😀
Keep it up 👍
The spotify episode is only 9min. Must be a mistake.
Same with Google music podcast
Made it to minute 49!!
Sled wrap background
The QS3 pachage comes on the stock Arctic Cat 2018 and newer... just saying...
My 2013 was way better with no swaybar
Made it to minute 49!
Are you still doing your BBA Vids. Also I just bought your pair of goggles from 509!
Aiden74747 Aiden74747 all the vlogs are on my channel for the rest of the season
Ross Robinson thanks👍🏻
@@Rossxr hey what pressure do you guys run in your fox qs3 shocks on you polaris sleds? Just bought a set and need a starting place.
