This film is amazing. It's one of my childhood favorites. Watched all the time on VHS. I learned that it was up on DVD in 2008 here in America, but I cannot find it on Amazon.
I didn’t care for the Disney cartoon version, but this one is the one I grew up on. My mom had found the VHS tape at a thrift store in the 90s and my sister and I would watch the heck out of the movie all the time. We also said that this was the virgin that we preferred over the cartoon any day. And I’m glad I finally found it. I don’t get the whole, excitement about the cartoon Disney version at all, I never could get into the movie. It always made me sleepy or bored. I just wish that I could figure out where to buy this movie out or purchase it at.
