Thanks Mike! So far the rack has been hauling my kids around. I have been looking for some saddlebags or panniers to add to it. I have seen some folks use the Pelican looking box from Harbor Freight and have really good luck with it. But, I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it!
Very informative! I am interested in that headlight. I went with the Cycra probend CRM hand guards. Your videos are always helpful and entertaining. Great hat by the way.
Just installed the Shinko 241 front tire, seems like a good improvement. The Dunlop K180 looks like a glorified Death Wing. I have 2 inch risers and Pro Taper bars on mine which make all the difference when standing, regardless of your height. Good video!
The Shinko has been an awesome tire on my 2019. I bought these because I love the flat track influence and being able to find another set of tires in the stock TW sizing was awesome. They have been really good so far except the loose stuff I mentioned in the video. I plan on doing full review just on the tires. With those risers, did you have to modify any cables at all?
Appreciate another good video. Thinking about upgrading to 1 1/8 handle bars, hoping the install isn’t too painful. I understand it will eliminate the crossbar in installing hand guards. Still waiting for the call to pick up my 2021 TW...sigh Also, I got the stainless skid plate, but like that look betta.
Thanks for watching! I have wanted to add 1 1/8" bars on this as well but the ones I wanted weren't in stock so that will have to be in a later video. The change up shouldn't be too bad as long as they aren't monster tall! I have the silver skid plate on my 2019, but I think I want another one of these for that one as well!
Matt, great video as usual and great information! With the tusk handle bar risers did you have to mod the cables? I am thinking of getting them. Also I just installed the same black skid plate. I would have been lost without your install video so thank you keep the vids coming!
Hey Zach, thanks for taking the time to watch, I appreciate it! The only thing I had to do with the risers is take off the cable clamp on both sides just so I could move the cables a bit. I did reposition my brake line barely, but didn't have to remove anything or extend anything. They're sweet to have! I hope that helps. Thanks again!
I am sure they do! I wanted to get some of the 1 1/8 bars but the ones I wanted weren't in stock.......so that add-on will have to come in another video. What bars are you running?
gREAT VIDEO! I am looking at one of the YAMMies myself. Looks more than adequate for just pokin' around where i live. Where are you guys? You mentioned Rocky Mtn ATV a couple times. I believe those guys are in Utah. Nice terrain for motor bike adventures looks like!

For the sound coming off of that skid plate you could get sound deadening material, they make it to go in cars under carpet or you could probably find some sort of rubber with adhesive on one side and just put that on the inside of the skid plate to absorb sound instead of deflecting it. 🤔
Thanks for taking the time to watch! I haven't had them in sand yet, but they do get a bit squirrely in the soft, loose dirt. It's more controlled though than I thought it would be. I'll get a review on them soon and let you know!
¡¡Hola Guillermo !! Me alegro que te hayan gustado los videos. ¡Gracias por tomarse el tiempo de verlos y dejar un comentario! ¡Espero que disfrutes de tu nuevo TW200! ¡Todo lo mejor! Matt
Not a whole lot really. The major differences were made in 2001. The went to a disc brake front and got rid of the kickstart. Here's a video I did on the differences if you want. ua-cam.com/video/1zQs9TaTSzA/v-deo.html
After watching your video I went and bought the Tach Ind taillight. Huge improvement, especially with using the integrated turn signals. You planning on doing anything with the carb or exhaust?
Sweet! I am glad you like it! I didn't want to do anything with the exhaust on my 2019 just so I could keep it quiet while in the hills. With the 2021 I am leaning towards the FMF silencer. I have been looking at Vance and Hines, Two Brothers Exhaust and others to see if they offer anything, but so far FMF is really the only one I would consider. So, we'll see if it ends up on the bike.
@@MOBStreet83 Cool, looking forward to hearing what you find out. I've got the DG v2, found you can vary the loudness quite a bit with all the different sized inserts (decided on 1.25").
Hi Matt. I like all of your mods but I must do something with my seat because it is hard as a rock. Have you considered Seat Concepts for a smoother ride?
Hey Mark! Thanks for watching. As far as the seat goes, I haven't really seen anything other than Seat Concepts. I've seen different seat covers and pads but nothing as far as full replacement yet.

Also, thank you for getting back to me on my last question and I just ordered a cycle rack. Thank you for posting your videos. Hey Bart!! I used my stock tire on my 2019 for almost 2200 miles. I never had an issue with the stock tire on the road. HOWEVER, I really like the Dunlop K180 on the road but they cost about $135. But, the best overall tire I have used so far is the Shinko SR241. I love that tire on everything. It sticks like glue and it is great on the road as well. That being said though, the rubber compound on the Shinko is a lot softer than the stock or the Dunlop so I don't know exactly how long it will last.
