This is the same music as the "Somber City Theme" from an earlier upload. However, as was pointed out by a few of you, this song actually plays at some earlier points in the story (I skipped all the cutscenes on my first playthrough for the sake of getting the OST out as quickly as possible. Very sorry about that, but I did watch everything when going through on my alt character!)
We won't know what any of these are called until the OST comes out or an orchestration comes out for it. It's why we know the day themes for the zones but not the night themes, since you can get the day orchestrations with gemstones but not night yet.
don't quote me on this but i believe the song is called "Air of Uncertainty" at least, that's what I've seen it called outside of it being called the somber theme
