And she started hitting same hole several times. When she counted shots and was coming up 4 or 5 short of the expected count....she really started to grasp the whole stability & consistency aspect to shooting. So that was a pretty cool moment for her, and she was really excited that shooting the same hole was even possible.
@@chrispearce9224 I used to think, when I was very new to this, that you weren’t good until there was just one tiny hole after every mag. I was striving for that for the first year I was shooting. Then I started to compete and although it’s something awesome to strive for, it’s hard to do while incorporating speed lmao. Congrats to her and the whole bunch. I love hearing stuff like this man. I have the tango MSR on a AR-15. I'm might have to step it up to the bigger sig optic. I got to keep that color coordination as well. Side note I bought the PSA dagger sabre 2 months ago. Damn sabre lines taking all my money.

@@cerebralfirearms Put 90 FLAWLESS rounds through the dagger and I must report I am in love! Very easy to control. Stippling helps keep it in place. Flat trigger is awesome . Been shooting for almost 20 years and this is up there! My current battle pistol is FN 509 and this is better IMO.
I got a vortex viper hd 3-15 for mine. Clearer glass than the pst gen 2's, better turrets and really lightweight at only 22.5 oz. Got a sig alpha mount for it. Only other change I've made is adding a muzzle brake for my suppressor to mount. Light, powerful and decently short
Nice, I was thinking Arken, Trijicon, PLXc, SLX Nova 1-10, or a mk5. May just keep the 1-6 on it and then grab one that I listed for my 6mm arc I’m building.

I hand load 168 and 175s so I can actually get some decent range out of the 16" so I didn't wanna be limited by 8 or 10x, but also didn't want to make it too heavy. The 2-10 viper hd was my other option but it uses the shitty old deadhold reticle and some shitty capped turrets. Took me a solid 3 weeks to decide on the scope
I have. Honestly, the decision was between this and that one. I chose this just because of the model it was based off of. I do love me an m110 but damn if the 10a1 looks better in my eyes. Regardless, the new super sass is pretty awesome. Out of all three, I like them all but chose this one just based on length and a couple of other things. I kind of wish I got the shorter version in forged but its all good. Teaches me to wait because PSA always has something else they will drop in a couple of months lol.

I have a deadair nomad 30 with xeno mount. My rifle seems to really do well with the lighter bullet weight. I can get a .75 with freedom munitions 147.

A lot of ppl would say go AR 15 first. But if you do go AR10 route just know it’ll cost more and they tend to be a tad bit more picky. But just make sure to invest in training and good optic. Have fun. 😊
I was thinking of getting this one or the Ruger sfar .308. But the biggest debate with my friends is if my first rifel should be an AR10 vs an AR15. they telling me a AR10 wont be fun with the recoil. But if my first rifle is an AR10, i should get use to it. What you think?
Well, I am in the main belief that your gun should be dictated by the mission. If it’s for self defense or home defense, I’d 100% go ar15. One of the most common guns in America and you can protect yourself from any mammal in the US. Maybe not an ethical kill for most larger game but in a pinch, it will deter something from messing with you. An AR10 has a lot more to take into consideration. Ammo is substantially cheaper to train with and if you get a 16” you are g2g with good ammo out to about 400+ yards.
Long story short: get an ar15 between 1.5-16”, throw a sling, dot or LPVO , and buy a bunch of ammo. Then train and get comfortable before you grab an ar10. Then get this but in the forged form and throw a mpvo on it. Then you are set up for a bunch of variables.
I like shooting suppressed a lot. It’s a game changer for sure but the 150gr is coming out screaming so it was a bit louder than I expected lol. With the heavier stuff it sounded great.
They were available recently when I dropped the link in a post here on UA-cam. Keep an eye open on the posts. I try to make sure to drop a link whenever they restock. Typically it’s at 1500est.
The forged set is good… PSA is a decent manufacturer, just wish their QC was better. I own their Forged 308 10a1 16”. I chose to get the main problem fixed by someone else and it’s running great,, SS barrel is more accurate than 4150 chrome vanadium… Just will not last as long,, SS possibly 5,000 to 6,000 rounds, 4150 should handle 10,000 rounds.
What was wrong with it? I think the forged is wayyyy better due to price. The Ambi bolt release is just not worth the upgraded price and I’m not huge into billet. I don’t mind it but prefer forged. The SS barrel is great for accuracy but this isn’t a high use rifle for me compared to my ARs and stuff. I’m overall super satisfied with the quality and purchase. Hope yours is rocking too.
@@cerebralfirearms The muzzle device was hand tight and there was a good ding on the edge of the face of the threads and I couldn’t put anything for a suppressor and get alinement. D.Wilson mfg in Co does fantastic work, quality and can have quick turnaround times. I had to clean out the sand blasting material in the bolt catch spring hole and spring and accessories attached. Running like a dream now. Need to zero in as all I have done was functional test so far. I have the huxwrk 762 ventum for this one…
@drewinoregon that’s awesome but I’m sorry it happened as well. My muzzle device was definitely difficult to take off and replace with a cherry bomb for plan b style mounting.
