Great video I read the first Harlem renaissance book and I have the other two to read as well. And the Wake of the Wind is great! And November can’t get here fast enough for my B-Day month and The second book in the Davenports series 😊.
Great video. I’m reading the Davenports now and really enjoying it. I agree a tbr can be stressful and it shouldn’t be. I agree it’s best to only pick a few and if I end up reading more then great. At the end of each month I pick 5 to 7 books for the following month. Most are audiobooks which I finish quickly because I listen during my commute and when I’m cooking or cleaning at home. I try to pick one book for personal growth/non fiction/learning something new. This can also be an audiobook. I try to include one e book and one paper back/ hardcover because these take me the longest with my schedule. To prevent it from being stressful I tell myself that whatever book I don’t finish, I will just continue it the following month. I’m excited that I’m finally getting back into reading and I want to enjoy it not get stressed about it. That’s defeating my purpose.
Great video thanks 🙏
The Wake of the Wind was a book club pick for me. Very Good!

Love this video! Will definitely be searching for the Nekesa Asia books!
