Originally it was designed to win the Google Lunar X-Prize. It is not exactly like Israel designed anything from scratch or revolutionary. Still, good luck.

Small difference: Unless you're doing a super-efficient SSTO mission you wouldn't split trans-lunar injection into multiple burns.
