I'm pretty sure that the "obese" one isn't in the game, from what i remember if CJ's stats were 100% fat and 100% muscle he would be slimmer than 100% fat and low % muscle.

Whenever I played, I always got CJ to max muscle as quickly as possible. I later found out if forget your game is still one and come back much later, he starves to the point of losing all his muscle and he's back to being skinny. Man, the detail in that game was so much fun.

this game is so technologically amazing, this was done in an open-world game in 2004.
All of GTA V's stuff just feels like padding, but the stuff in SA makes you feel like you are actually customizing your play style

not gonna lie,i say rockstar makes much story rpgs like the witcher 3 then action story games with an open world sprinkled on top. Imagine how good gta 5 and red dead 2 would have been if it had actual side missions and sim like elements for it's side activities which impact the world around u.
