I worked on-cam in TV for 30 years and I have to tell you that was one of the more enjoyable videos I have seen. Informative, entertaining and you have a gift of a friendly and honest presence on-camera. This was extremely well done and I look forward to seeing more. The old home town looks great. Especially like the drone shots. More of those shots would not go amiss. Makes Santa Barbara look fantastic. What about the neighborhoods Up from and behind the Riviera? Around Sheffield resevoir? And if course upto and including Moitain drive? Spectacular views. How about Montecito for future real estate videos?
