- A show featuring Giants of Lovers Rock Legends where Legends of Soul pay homage to the Lovers Rock Era. The Legends try their hand at some Lovers Rock Greats. A Wonderful Night of Music with stars from the world of Lovers Rock coming together with Soul Legends all in one Great Once in a Lifetime Show. This is just just a small summary of the show from a fans view point.
I would have loved to have been there. Me'Lisa Morgan going in to the crowd and singing fools paradise while taking picture in the audience was amazing.
She was awesome. I have been lucky enough to have seen her a number of times and to have a conversation with her. Lovely lady.

Thanks for your comment. They were given awards for services to music. This was by the event Promoter. It was nice see these Great Soul Singers out of their comfort zones singing Lover’s Rock. This was unheard of. However I don’t think all of them enjoyed the experience.
Can any of that era still sing so..?....I can barely sing a nursery song. But l can sing any Lovers Rock

My sentiments exactly, she was not prepared...doubt she realised who Jean was...yet I adore Melba too...wrong us wrong.

True but Got to big her up for trying. Not many artists out there that can do better than the original. She did good with the time she had. Respect to her for even attempting to go near it.
