I've always enjoyed the arcade version of Frogger (which is on the Atari Flashback 8- Gold) not the Atari 2600 edition. I think there was no music in the background for Frogger (Atari Flashback 8-Gold) due to copyright reasons. I'm not certain. Space Invaders is the arcade version as well, not the Atari 2600 version, which again, I like better. This looks great in HD! Great job QVC.
Strangely I remember years ago the arcade version of Frogger on XBOX Arcade was missing the music too. I guess there must be an issue with that particular music and copyright somewhere.
I hope an atari flashback 9 for this christmas... They did well adding some good games for flashback 8 though (Hero, Pitfall, River Raid, Kaboom, which are important games that I missed up to version 7) if they make another update as good as in version 8 it would be great.
I just bought mine and the on/off button just keeps blinking; I played a little bit, turned it off and then tried to play again and it won't stop blinking. Can you help me please?
Anyone know why the wireless controllers don't move side to side when playing a game? It works fine when working in the menu but when playing a game it doesn't move side to side, just up and down.
How I wish this was "full size" and not mini. And no....she was NOT 16 years old when these were new. If she was, she's the hottest 59 year old I've seen in a while.
When she's playing Centipede notice she can't move her guy? That because the paddles are hooked up. If you aren't using the paddles unplug them, otherwise it limits the joystick
Toddwigdude i believe the lag doesnt effect systems like these since its emulation and not actual hardware. i have the snes classic and i did not notice any lag when playing Super punch out but i do notice it when i use a regular snes modded for hd and playing the same game. i could be wrong tho im no expert.

Wait a sec, the Space Invaders and Frogger games shown aren’t 2600 versions. If I’m buying a 2600 ‘flashback’, I want the true 2600 versions.
Seventizz The original Atari 2600 versions are licensed by Taito. AtGames could only get the arcade versions because of that.

No. It's the tv. When we swiched from CRT to flatscreen it made Guitar Hero unplayable even on easy mode. And yes I did the calibration.
