    I have some questions please clear me out what to do!!.my insta @the_xdav_ in one of your video you said that" run faster than the javelin don't pull the javelin back ... But when I saw professionals throw they always throw the javelin ..... Does it really matter??? I m not able to throw more than. 35m I tried all the tricks u said also I watch all your videos ❤️ will be really waiting for your reply..

      It's your wrist, if it breaks like when you throw a ball, that will get you into trouble. Start with keeping your wrist more in line with your throwing direction. Also make sure you don't swivel or rotate your body too much when you deliver.
