This flat is in Knightsbridge, one of the most expensive places to live in the world. No surprise its over 250k.
Then i would rather pay millions and get a proper house, not a place where i can smell shit when i am cooking, that is disgusting as fuck
Matthew Maltzoff I could not care less as I am not a post code snob. As a student I lived in a place where the sash window to kitchenette was 2.5 strides so tiny and used to frustrate me but compared to this it was a palace. No quality of life is what counts not just a post code.
So what? Imagine you buy that, than go downstairs, see the rich people with their rolls royces while you starve. So what if it is in knightsbridge?
The $ is WHAT? $280,000? For WHAT? It's so small you have to go outside to 'change your mind'.
it's just a crash-pad, a place to sleep and get your mail
A very very expensive crash pad!
Bitch that's the size of my current boarding room.
Alex Shuysky thats how my bathroom is,
Sum Mors he regarded size not price
@Edit but for price that is within London city, you can get a proper town house for $250k in outer London suburban areas
+ Sum Mors that is if you're lucky enough to get one before the investors do. The value will go way up.
Do you speak like that in the boardroom. Your cupboard doesn't count as a boardroom
This guy seems nice and all, if only a little too intense.
He's lived in America for too long.
More like Integrity
I'd love to see the make over of the flat. It's beyond tiny but it does have high ceilings. Some fancy architect could come up with something really clever and cool
This appartment looks like you are in prison! The price is ridiculous!🤣
280k is fairly cheap for that location
First you let them steal your money and finally you end up in a prison cell.
WTF!!! Showering WITH your toilet!! Just darn right disgusting..
Some people aren't fortunate enough to have separate areas to shower and excrete in.
well, you don't have to wipe
Actually, it's a great idea it keeps things clean.
It's called a wetroom and they are common all across the world.
You could just waffle stomp it down the drain why even have a Toilet?
Very depressing..
London IS depressing.
This isn't an appartment,
it's a room for rent.
A fair few people who buy flats like these are mainly business owners/workers so they don't have to make stupendously long trips when they need to work in the area for a while
