Lads love the show every week, some weeks more than others I know that now the hunting season is over there is a lot of filler content on the horizon. I personally would love to see more of Roy and his bird work and just how much is involved in breeding/rearing hawks. Or some good quality training on dogs for rough shooting rather than picking up dogs. This is what people do in preparation for the seasons so would be great to see how others get on. Thanks.
Interesting show this week, again, BUT I prefer to watch English hunting than American ( style !!) I am NOT a hunter, but this is only a decision made through a health issue. So I get enjoyment watching other's doing it, right here on my TV and Computer. I am however, very much a range shooter / plinker both indoor and out, with a varied array of guns and calibers. I did get a laugh from watching Tim and Chris going over the pros and cons of Air versus rimfire rifles. ( Hardly recognized Tim, without the caps ) Cheers all !
What ammo do you guys use in your rimfires? Because last time I checked 100 rounds of .22LR was around £9-10 not £45! you can get 500 rounds for that or if you go cheap you can get 1000 rounds for £40! The cost of an FAC air rifle is WAY more than a .22LR rifle, with bipod, decent glass and a mod... You guys seem to have gone down the pan recently and not getting facts right or giving people correct information... I mean whats next...telling people to leave their shotguns and ammo by the front door....OH WAIT....
The first 13 minutes was "like" watching the love child of Duck Dynasty and Paris Hilton, "Like" painful, "like"....... the airgun/rimfire was interesting enough.
Yeah, I was surprised at that too. I haven't bought any .22lr recently but seem to remember the last lot worked out at about £10 per 100. My .17HMR are sadly around £45+ per 100 :-(
Wow wonder how much it would cost to start an ammo import/export business. Even at retail prices ammo in the USA is a fraction of that. How are centerfire rifle prices? I assume handgun ammo wouldn't be a huge sellet, though I understand some rifles im pistol calibers are sold.
I've heard about some people getting together and importing in bulk. Re-loading is a big thing too. Centrefire ammo prices - around £1 to 1.50 a shot depending on calibre. Here's a list from my local store: www.cambers.com/shop/Rifle-Ammunition-C022010 . It's a rich mans's game :-)
Perlogalism It surw is a rich man's game over there. Here even there the poor can afford to get into shooting. Hunting can be a bit expensive, but there are generally local opportunities for some sort of game if you can put off buying the latest greatest mobile phone for a couple months. I think the cost factor may be how shooting got to the state it is in the UK. If there was a way to make it more accessible to the common man I bet overtime the laws would be loosened.
Loved this show, however I would say that an FAC is really, really hard to attain in the UK, and rightly so, but it does restrict your viewers somewhat!?
+Simon Rixon Happily, the estate rifle rule means lots more people go stalking than have rifles. I think people who want to go shooting find a way to do it. 90% of them are online. I am quite happy to reach 90% of all shooters. / Charlie
Foxy Starkiller but it is not is it but I do not really no to be fare I do more air rifle hunting not any fox or deer hunting oh and shotgun some times😛
As an American who watches this program regularly I cringed at the two women who led this issue. I can imagine that anyone in the U.K. could think that they represent all hunters and shooters in the US, but they really don't. It's an unfortunate image that they project.
Hate women much? What the ef's your problem? Being basically disowned because you're a hunter didn't seem credible to you? Read the British papers and see how they go ape when they post a picture of a hunter with a kill.
John, You are perfectly welcome to your opinion as am I, but could you clarify what you are saying? Your statement is a little unclear. From what I've written how do arrive at the idea I hate women? Also, who is being disowned and from what? Finally, for the record, what is your nationality?
Felix D Well considering how great the two ladies represented themselves and hunting in general, I was forced to assume you were a woman hunter hater. How could anyone possibly criticize their views? Maybe if you had explained what your problem was instead of trolling them.
Well John, I'm still at a lose to understand where the claim of misogyny comes from as my original comment was directed at their behavior as opposed to their views or opinions. It's unfortunate we live in a word of accusations, but as we've come to see many politicize even he smallest events. Also please don't confuse discourse for trolling as one need only identify that I've made only one comment concerning one opinion about one event. But, again for the record, what is your nationality? Is it safe to assume you are a fellow American?
John Dziki Yeah i have terrible attitudes towards hunters that is why i have been following this channel for over 4 years. Also i don't have terrible attitudes against women. i never grabbed one by the pussy who ever minded.

I really like Larysa. Hearing her story here of how she came to hunting gives me even deeper respect.
You should get more makeovers, Charlie! You seemed to like it a lot ;-)
I gave up my rimfires for FAC Air and haven't looked back. So versatile.
I'm a 22lr or 17 hmr or 17 wsm you can keep your airgun I don't like the idea of running out of air
Joerg has had his UA-cam "strike" removed.

Did I hear that correctly? .22lr costs £45 per 100 rounds in the UK?! Please tell me I misheard.
Aikibiker1 I paid $150 for 1000 rounds of .22 in Australia. The uk is expensive!

Rightly so? No
6:22 I wouldn't mind waking up on a hospital bed to that beautiful woman.
Imagine disowning your family member because they decided to harvest their own meat rather than buying factory farmed meat
I love hunting and I live in England and I wold say England is the most hunting country
Tedron Tedron123 cos labour that's why
Ben Barnes ok
Foxy Starkiller but it is not is it but I do not really no to be fare I do more air rifle hunting not any fox or deer hunting oh and shotgun some times😛

Stone fence? It's called a wall 🤦♂️Jesus...😉
The first report was cringe worthy. Not this is not America, this is BRITAIN!
Which means you have terrible attitudes toward hunters, women and dentists.
John Dziki Yeah i have terrible attitudes towards hunters that is why i have been following this channel for over 4 years. Also i don't have terrible attitudes against women. i never grabbed one by the pussy who ever minded.
