Technique: 1st shampoo your roots for 3minutes, rinse it off, then shampoo your ends and wash it. A hair colorist tought me that and it has changed the game 💫👌🏼💥
I love how you put this all together! I have the same hair type so I’m definitely going to be tuning in and following your recommendations. I got so lost in skin care that i’ve highly neglected my hair because I’m not a “high maintenance” person. Thanks Rudi xox
Love the new “we talk about beauty as whole” tag line! Excited to watch this. Been working on lessening hair breakage and using conditioner again the past year or so, so this is well-timed.
We have a lot of similar steps lol. I’m basically the same except for the hair oils and Rose water. My hair is different than yours (fine, but I have a ton of it, wavy/curly, & kinda dry), but I also have the microfiber towels, scalp scrubber, satin pillowcase, use Kristen Ess (I love her fragrance free conditioner bc it’s so light. I’m gonna def try the mask.) I also use boar bristle brushes (my best hair “secret”) & I love that tangle teaser pro. I actually use it to comb through my conditioner in the shower. Works amazing for that. I think you’d love Manes by Mell’s channel if you don’t already watch her. She’s a curly hair stylist, but her videos - even if you’re not curly - have tons of good info on styling techniques & hair health, particularly heat damage.
Okay WOW I have so many thoughts but I have to agree the Dyson is just the most worthwhile investment I’ve ever made in my hair. Using it exclusively for a few weeks my hair already looks SO much healthier and I’ve had many, many compliments on my style from people I would never expect to notice!! Also, I’ve been using the Kristin Ess scalp scrub to really make sure I’m getting all the gunk out during my Sunday night shower and it’s really been working wonders! (Watched this while literally copying your exact nighttime routine step 4 step cause ilysm)
Thank you so much for sharing this! My hair is down to my bottom! But its damaged and so frizzy! I will check out these products! Have a great night! ❤
Oh, I LOVE Function of Beauty. It leaves my hair soft and manageable...but am going to try the Kristin Ess you recommended - I've been wanting to try it and it is cheaper.
A great hair oil that i found recently is the Earth Harbor Sunstone not cheap but available asanBoxyCharm add on. I am going to try the Bread oil you recommended. thanks
@@RudiBerry How I found out was putting a hair of mine in a glass of water. I think that if it stays at the top it’s low porosity, if it hovers in the middle of the glass its medium porosity (or normal?? idrk), and if it sinks to the bottom it’s high porosity! It all has something to do with how well your hair absorbs and retains moisture and product and stuff but I’m no expert!
I never stopped wearing claw clips around the house. Elastics give me headache but I hate my hair down cuz I lover having long hair...walking contradiction

@@RudiBerry thank you ❤️
I never thought about how much a hair brush has to do with the distribution of oil!! I need to find a vegan boar bristle brush!
That’s something I also didn’t realize until this year!

Love this video!! How do you wear your hair at night to maintain your style?
I just put it in a scrunchy at the top of my head very loosely
Crown or bread which oil is good for dry bleached colored breakage pron hair as style product & non greasy?.. amazing video 👍
Oooo I'd say crown affair is better for a non greasy style

HAIRCARE KWEEEEN
teehee
What nail polish color are you wearing here ? ❤😊
Do you still enjoy the shampoo and hair mask?
Is using dry shampoo the day after you wash mean if you wash at night you put it in the next morning?
I didn’t hear about dry shampoo until I was 19 😂 I came from a VERY small town
Oh gosh! I'm sad for your highschool self lol
@@RudiBerry girl same 😆 but I had a shaved head or a pixie for 12+ years so no good it would have done me lol
Lmaoo I love that!
Do you wash your hair morning or night and do you dry it? When do you start applying dry shampoo
I wash and dry my hair in the evenings!
When do you use dry shampoo
What time do you usually wash your hair at night? For some reason I wash it at night and by the afternoon it’s oily again next day
What porosity is your hair? I’ve been trying and failing to find stuff for low porosity hair 😭
Honestly I'm not sure! How can I find out?
