Living here for over 40 years Honolulu has been increasing more in homes on the west side and more crap on Honolulu. To me, it’s very sad. The places I grew up has changed a lot or even gone for good. I used to love going to Ala’s and now it’s just a tourist shop spot and Ward warehouse gone.😢.

My High School band went to Honolulu to march in the 2022 pearl harbor parade. That trip was one of the best times of my life and I miss it so much.

Honolulu has its seedy areas, but from the sky it all looks beautiful. Street level can be a different story, especially with the homeless problem.
