The resurgence of Fallout 76 should really be a lesson to Rockstar that they had/have something great in RDO if they'd only put a shred of effort in. There's almost no other games in the genre right now.

there was a resurgence? in my eyes fo76 always had a small fandom, if the show gets it more players it's just advertisement working, not some wonder of live service being a good model
@@Artemi22 They were never saying anything about the live service model learn to read. Its that they have been improving the game this entire time and the game is so much better and quite good, actually what I always wished for in the fallout series. To be fair the show got the entire series MILLIONS of more players. 76 had a couple million buys after the show.
I would love a Red Dead TV Series. Gosh that would be so awesome. Surely someone is working on it??

its a little scary tbh because it sounds like end of life plans for RDO and RDR2 as a whole, so theyre just trying to milk as much money out of its as possible before they close the doors on it.

I wasn't going to play rdo again until we got 2x cash on moonshiner or bounty hunter missions. And then out of nowhere we get this? I'm actually kind of excited.
Just got back into RDO after a three year hiatus thinking the lobbies would be empty and it blew my mind. Lobbies are pumping. Money is flowing. Actual roleplay is happening. This game is so far from dead. I'm having such a great time online. I also discovered that having to possey up with randoms is way more fun than GTA. I feel incentivised to actually team up. I love how the camps all combine. I love how you can see personalities through their characters and tents. I'll be definitely looking out for this update. Cheers, bro!

@@abigails8255 Look, I came back from the lobbies of GTA. The difference in griefing is night and day to me. Everyone is just so much more polite in RDO. But that's in contrast to GTA which is pretty much the most toxic game I've ever played. You still have possies of tryhards still roaming around. I bumped into some problem players a couple of days ago but really it's only happened once since returning a few weeks ago. The best thing about RDO is the size of the map and the perk that you can only see players within a proximity on the map. I'm sure if we could there would be so many more problems.
@@juliangrant9718I want to start playing again just for the camaraderie. Online gaming hasn’t been the same since leaving RDO. We had a rotation of about 13 friends that played together with at least 2 or 3 players on at all times. I’ve been playing single player games long enough. I’m ready to come back. Are you on Xbox or PlayStation?

This update is going to be great! I took advantage of the double gold on call to arms last month and spent lots of $$$ on tonics and ammo but well worth the trade off, made close to 70 gold and upgraded a lot of my weapons with the customization discounts. I’ll be taking advantage of the double money on trader role and collector role this month! Thanks for keeping us updated and all your helpful tips, you’re the best!

🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 that the attention and decent bonuses continue. We really do need new content, clothing, more variants and the return of Outlaw Passes. Those of us who have been playing for a while need to be able to have things we can spend cash and gold on. It would be nice to actually be able to receive bonus items as well, since a lot of us already have most of the items they choose. Currently there isn't much we can claim, no reason to attempt weekly challenges and it feels pretty lousy being left out of the thought process.
Of all the unusual things to be said of the new event month, them labeling "50 Rifle Tranquilizer Ammo rounds" is what bothered me the most. The Varmint Rifle is no ordinary rifle, it's call sedative rounds ingame, & putting ammo & rounds together is redundant.
You sir are on the money with this game, GOD TIER ADVICE - with your guides and the ongoing promotions (so lucky to start now) I just started playing yesterday and today I am lvl 17 with 18 gold bars, just got the reward now for the 2-step thing and will buy bounty hunter and collector to alternate them as you recommend for the mission time.

To be fair to Rockstar, I and others are usually disappointed by the monthly events but this coming month is pretty good. Hope this doesn't come back to bite me tomorrow if there are any issues but well done R*...typing that feels weird with R* and Red Dead!

@WesMcClain-nl4mg you can only find a donkey and ride it but you can't save it so if it dies or you lose it then you will have to go find another one

Gta 6 Is pretty much almost completed, so i wouldn't be surprised if some of their resources and staff are pretty much scattered back to their usual jobs, meaning some have probably been put back to red dead aswell... Hopefully, those resources are working to make some content for Red Dead and are willing to revive the game again

Just bought RDR2 on pc after playing on console for several years, was just collecting some of the collectible items. Guess I’ll be getting the Collector role this month.

moonshiner role is 25 gold bars normally. with this week's discount it's down to 20. i won a featured series and got the 10 gold bars off, but when i go to buy the moonshiner shack it still says 15 gold bars. shouldn't the price be 10 bars for it. why is it still showing 15?

They did this to pump up the incoming investors call. Number of players surge, stock prices surge. They will release something related to GTAVI too, prior to the call. Stock will skyrocket.

well i notice some bootleg missions that were buged, like the one on lakay, that when you get spotted without posioning the moonshine, when you kill all enemies the other others never spawned, i played this mission and they started coming, maybe it was lucky but we can try and look it up some more... o know some bootleg missions are bugged and dont spawn enemies sometimes

Yes, you get a voucher. You'll get in around 24-72 hours after you win a featured series.
I think the people who make the event months may have been high to do one this good. It's great for low level players
