Hi I am doing diffrent mudras everyday .I am doing about 10 mudras for 20 mins each every day ,is there any sequence to be followed or I can do it randomly.
Great initiative Mr. Sujit. But my opinion is that people don't need such complex, over-thought, wannabe "science" to attain good health and bliss in their lives. All you need to do is these simple things: 1. Eat right everyday. 2. Sleep right. 3. Have a consistent sex life. 4. Be positive always and say the right things. 5. Accept ur mistakes. 6. Help others whenever u can. I call this as attaining bliss.

Depends on what you are trying to achieve. Unless it is targeted for a condition, there are no sequential restrictions.
