Tinkering Fox - Thank you for sharing this. I can not believe how many folks do not know this. Even if it weren't the law, this it is just common sense safety. Just like when they have construction/road work crews out on the hwys. Gonna try to post this on FB and ask for folks to share.
Nope....don’t carry 1 mile worth of cones or employ flaggers to slow traffic. “Accident Ahead” signs and cones with flashing emergency vehicle lights check the box for acceptable though! Plenty of time to slow down, just a disregard the safety of those on the Roadside.
Always has been a common sense, safety issue to be aware of. Glad some states finally made it a law...
