external balancer , i think thats what i saw on a hyundai once and that hyundai was full of sparkly bits in the oil its shells were more like skelletons LOL, the vvt filter screen was chocoblock. interesting video Ziggy, freind a head specialist had a fully worked 179 FC canadian block im sure he said it was , a good cruiser 13 sec quarter with a 3.08 ratio.
