I love this. Great cinematography with an awesome bird. Here's to many more successful hunts to the both of you. I didn't know golden eagles were so fast. She hits like a truck.
It's brilliant to see you and your eagle..such high quality footage of what these awesome birds are capable of is rare. Eagles have always fascinated me - especially the golden- but I have never had the opportunity to be involved with them. Wish you were my mate! 😁
Just got my first duck hawk, had two Harris hawks before and successfully hunted two raptors. My god, the speed of the duck hawk (peregrine falcon) is absolutely incredible. We got our first goose (a lesser) a few days ago and she split the entire front of the bird at about 200mph. Blood literally sprayed the valley floor it was incredible. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back to anything else to be honest

Hi amazing hunting, l have hunter with a lot of hawks, falcons and a few eagles. Question why does Fada catch most of here kills from the back end and not the head? Kind regards Rab
At her first 40 deers she catched most by head! After she realized its impossible to handle like that in agressive slopes! Its almost different when the bird is always helped at 20-30-40 seconds of catch! This is a bird who hunts most of the time in mountains and we arrive help her at 10-20 minutes many times! Thankfully she takes by the back and she suffer less😂✌️
I’ve watched this video at least 200 times and it’s still amazing. Here’s my question - I love hunting, but I do it with a rifle. I think I’d end up “loving” the bird, and I’d have a hard time releasing it in case it got hurt. Do you worry about your eagle, and has she ever got injured?
I had been worryed for 2 firsts years because at this age they are very unconcious but after finding their limits they are just a little more attentives to where/how can they catch or not

On Flat terrain is where all goes better! It’s so much easier to hold them!! Is for that reason I travel for hours to hunt i a flat terrain! Watch my other videos in flat terrain and flies at more than 1000 meters where we ride in the truck to try to help her! 😉 Its not the fly! The problem is the battle, is so much easier in flat terrain! Always! To the bird is preferable to catch a 50kg boar in flat terrain than a young roe deer in so inclined terrain! The most easiest battle on roe deer to the bird is in a flat muddy terrain where the prey can’t run easily! Or flat with many vegetation!
I have to add that this bird is flying and killing 80% of time in flat terrain and with a gopro and attachment on board of 330 grammes!☺️ and its not just the weight, it’s the fact that the attachment make her manoeuvrability descends at a lower point of her capabilities! Many thanks for commenting
@@mauitrialsrider in my channel “Jordi Isern” there’s some hunts in 100% flat terrain and most of them (last year) with the bird using just one hand beacause of a terrible injury in the other leg caused by a mother Chamois in setember trying to protect her young, who was killed, but it has costs 4 months of rehabilitation, 3 operations, and a full season hunting just with one hand
In the last video there is the last fly where (even it was cutet to make it more fast action) the eagle flies for 400meters, she fails at first and with the roe deers at more than 200 meters she restart the second fly, she takes a big one and she holds 3’30 minutes until a friend achieves them! That was at the start of the season in a 100% flat terrain, and in this ocasion it was not well holded by the bird
De lo mejor q se ha grabado en cetrería y sin duda lo mejor que se ha filmado en esta modalidad cinegética; mi más sincera enhorabuena.
