Reconditioning means the motor hasn't been cranked in many years and is probably going to need some valve adjustments and some new spark plugs and probably the carburetor is going through and probably a good oil change. Might need the check the cam chain slack adjusters too. The bikes probably been a display model for 10 or 15 years. These bike's don't like to just sit as museum pieces for Rich millionaires who just want trophies the show off how rich they are
