Hi Ivan! Do you also make videos on other platforms like Tiktok or Instagram? I don’t have these but I just wanted to know. And thanks a lot again for this recipe! Going to be the next thing for me, - I just love rice porridge! 😋
Looks good, Ivan. The golden colour of the bread looks already njummie! With real butter, yes! Hope that you had a nice Christmas! It was quiet here, fortunately. And the next day I was back at normal. 2 trees need to be chopped and the oldest dog is seriously getting old. 14 years now. Keeps me bussy, the sweetheart. Anyways, I would like you to explain us how to work with 'normal' yeast? I want to make (white) chapati's but my bread turns out a bit too hard for my taste. I would like it softer, without oil. Here in France I get confused with 'bakers' yeast and other yeast. I would like to learn to make bread in the bread machine so to work with yeast is very important. It will make me more independent from the supermarket because I always have to drive there. Maybe you can do a recipe with chapati's? Bye! Oh, and a small thing that turned out very nice is that I had bought these small very hot peppers and put them in Mirin, sweet japanese ricewine. 2 months in the fridge and they have turned out great. Hot and sweet!
Hey Sireen! Nice to hear that you had a calm Christmas, I did as well. 😊 I’ve been making so much Christmas food throughout December, and now it’s done. To me, that always feels a bit strange 😂 I’ll make some chapatis and show how to make them soft. I love eating them, in Uganda we make something called ”chapati rolex”, which is a chapati rolled with eggs and tomatoes inside. It’s simple but so good, and for that you need a really soft chapati. Love the idea of putting the hot peppers in mirin, I have to try that. Cheers, my friend! 😁
