Tip for when you use fondant ; buy pre colored fondant so it won’t get sticky

Fun fact the reason painters hold up the paint brush to their subject is to get a good idea of their proportions.
Also the fondant def needed some corn starch on that table. I've only done one fondant cake but it was an actual nightmare. I feel you, Rie.

Rie, it's actually easier for you to stick/"glue" the fondant with water since fondant is a glucose that will dissolve if it touches water. Nonetheless, YOU ARE STILL THE QUEEN, RIE. So proud of what you've made. You will never go home, Rie. 😍😍😍

I guess her biggest downfall was the fact that she didn't just use pre-coloured fondant. It was really cute though and if she had an hour more, the cake would have been amazing ;)

I know time was of the essence, but homemade marshmallow fondant is so much nicer to work with (and tastes good, too) than packaged fondant.
Seriously though, with the time constraint she had, and the fact that she's never used fondant before, I think she did an amazing job. And undoubtedly, the cake was super delicious.

This was the only time i have a suggestion for rie!!! Use a lotttty icing sugar when you're using fondant because it's super sticky!
