      Please make a audio or video on relaxation technique like where you instruct to focus and relax (without tensing) each body parts in serial manner like starting from toes of right leg,then right foot,ankle,lower leg ,upper leg .Include each body parts in similar fashion up to head,it would be great help

    Hello mam
    Mai 18 years ka huu mujhe anxiety ho rkhi 2-3 months se
    Mujhe body main burning sensation feel hote hain, hath pair garam rehta hai , head heavy rehta hai
    I have consulted a lot of physicians but i don't find change in my physical symptoms🥺
    Ma'am my question is should i consult psychatric or physician md ???
    plz reply mam i am very hopeless🥺 due to all this plz give me some hope i want to recover🙏
