Thank you ALL present. What I received from attending and joining the circle today was the flow of both grief and joy and I understood in my body that constricting the grief also constricts the joy. As well as having my connection to all of you here acknowledged in the heart. It is through the heart I too am connected with my loved ones who have left the planet 💖; HOWEVER I must take time to attune to my heart to BE in this connection. The taking time to attune to my heart 'should' be natural but when I utilize my time unwisely to tune into the unnatural chaos rather than spending time in my heart space which is a natural 'skill' or rather way of BEING; but we are called to relearn this heart skill; I deplete my resources and cut myself off from the natural flow the very "Living Water" that Heather discussed - of LIFE. This sacred circle reminded me; and I see these energies in the sacred visuals shared. I'm carrying these energies with me as I continue to surrender into the flow of both grief and joy more and more. Last summer I saw a small light blue snake and thought it was so beautiful. I live in Oklahoma and will be exploring this blue snake energy more in the coming weeks. Truly, this gathering was a blessing. Sincere and deep gratitude. 🙏💞💞💞

A new insight showed up today, my sense is that the age of Pisces held the earth wisdom keepers at its start to keep moving with the waves and keep the original oceanic frequencies ever present in ordinary reality (even if done in the background) AND towards its closing it birthed the next generation with a new vibration. I sit with the curiosity and inquiry what is the dance between the wisdom keepers and the next generation? and the journey continues …
Safe space can be created any where & any time as the need arises with 1,2 or more people. To get every one on same page or not (both options are okay) before talking or meeting: 1. All individuals need to clearly & truthfully state their true intention and desire for communication. 2. If all parties accept others intention and desire; all verbally state their agreement to talk or meet. 3. All parties agree to take turns speaking while the other people openly listen without reaction, words, head nods, answers or solutions. At this point, all are heard, seen and felt and the circle needs to be closed to avoid leaky or loose energies. Best to part ways to digest all the information while it is landing in your body to contemplate, delete or integrate. Since most were not taught how to do this - the first few times are a lot of nervous system energies to process through and not ignore... Julia's comment on the body as your yes or no answer and tuning fork machine is 🗝️.
