I ran a Baker Wood Buddy mill for 12 years. I’ve had my HM122 for over a year now and it’s still in the crate in my shed. I’m looking forward to getting it put together this fall. I’m building my trailer for it now.

just received my 122. researched the heck out of all i could find. i have a range road firewood processor as well, good machine. i've had a bandmill for 30 years now, made in Maine, (i'm northern Ontario Canada) an old 5.0 hp honda engine, on a stationary rolling carrier. each end of the log would be raised per cut. Was called the Ross Bandmill company. Still runs, just wanted something newer and able to cut longer lengths. retired off grid. Have made many projects with it, we're limited in wood species, oak, maple, cherry, are not here. primarily Birch, spruce, poplar and tamarack. Good video, happy to subscribe to your site. cheers, Dan

great review, i'm thinking of getting this one with the track extension too. Need 16 foot boards for horse fencing! Will pay for itself for sure and more

Fork adapters for the bucket would greatly improve your setup.

i use a beam maching if the logs are on the big side to make them fit the 122 is the most affordable mill there is i have had one since 2019 no complaints at all . Just ordered the second one

You can’t beat those motors. I have a Subaru on kids go kart and it’s amazing the abuse they take, it’ll last forever on a mill.

Could someone tell me what the little cables on the guide wheels are for (at 2:55)? Brakes? How it works?

Track cleaners. Knocks the debris off while you’re milling.
