mine is working dude you just need to wait until it appears your ipad or iphone mine is already working after that and the instruction said you need to connect your ipad on power over night and lock your ipad and let it be curated by itself and until that you will see your photos widget on your home screen and it will be automatic appears on your ipad or iphone when it finished scanning
mine is not working before that i thought its not really working and i just follow the instruction until my photo appear on my home screen widget which is actually amazing but still depends on how many photos you have that they will scan after a few hours and charge it over night also after the scanning is done then you can able to see all your memories including featured photos on your widget

i think its just because they are interupting to scan your photos sometimes and it cannot read but you need to do it all the way until your photo will appear on your phone trust me if still not just download the alternative widget on your phone and you will not stress on waiting too long 🤗

Trick is while charging, open the photos app then check later. Thats it!!! It will scan all your photos.
