Downloading apps and software on my phone is all I do to make my mid range phone more useable than a flagship iPhone. And as a person who likes to try out third party apps to enhance my phone, android is perfect! Thanks for this tutorial Parker, although i'll go with the launcher instead.

i love samsung. im so glad you can customize samsung phones without changing the launcher like on other android phones. custom launchers always mess up the animations REALLY BAD and even made them glitchy at times.

@Tech_Trizz i feel like nova launcher is probably the best when it comes to animations. but ofc it still makes them glitchy. its still android after all.

File commander adds the bonus feature of making the phone a server for you to transfer things wirelessly, that feature is in the swipe down menu pc file transfer

Glad to know how to change icon pack, in one ui launcher❤🥰. Now i am using Zwart/Whicons icon pack. Before i am using Nova Launcher, Sometimes it gets an error in my s24+ (Exynos). (Stuck in home screen)
Exynos? YOu should've gotten an S23. It has all the features S24 has due to the 6.1 update. Plus, there aren't that many changes/improvements from the phone

@@fernanditoragdwiy3306 Glad you like it! Most poeple say Exynos deals a lot with overheating and bad battery. That's what kept me from getting certain Samsung phones. I'm glad it works for you though! Still a great phone.

Do you know if theres an option to make the icons white? I like to have darker images as a background and can't see the icons very clearly if so. On my last phone (Oneplus 9 pro) i had the option to change it from black to white

I love customising my phone, but to be honest, I always revert back to stock OneUI with some Good Lock features enabled. Yeah, maybe its not the prettiest launcher, maybe its a bit dull, but veeery functional and stable.
BTW Parker, have you ever tried Niagara launcher?
yeah it looks so good but for the icon pack some apps apear invisble cause they dont have a icon made for them in the icon pack

My favorite icon pack is Viral. And i use Nova launcher paid. It's really nice.

you could do all this with goodlock without dwonloading the external stuff only if u knew , the best experience to have a powerful ui is to have the things u need within the ui without downloading a 3rd party app

I use the A03s its a good phone if you don’t need to do much with a phone
But using kwgt custom widget the app runs in background and consumes a lot of battery. That's a major drawback and it doesn't happen with available widgets in Samsung. Just to let people know. 🙂

For the wallpaper and icons you can use theme, it’s much more simple and quicker
Is there any app that allows you to customize your AOD screen? For some reason, Samsung removed the option to do so with the 6.1 OneUI update, and I used to have a calendar 😢 you can choose one from the "Themes App" in the AOD section, but it seems that those are all static (images) instead of updating automatically every month.
Or are they planning to add customization for AOD back in any of the up coming versions of OneUI? :(
Lockstar is another module in good lock that should let you do this!

What about unsupported icons? Even samsung theme maker didn't find icons those are available easily in custom icon pack? Any solution?

Tried using kwgt cant seem to get them to work and have no idea how to use it properly and dont have much time to do it bought a ton of stuff for kwgt as a love some setups ive seen even bought pallete for the setups so just use samsung widhets and customisation.

I got the good lock app but the screen is just blank with theme pack of anyother thing to select
