Haha cheers mate! The engine in this video was originally a stock na engine, I reckon just before it blew up it must have been making close to 200 hp... Its now forged and we think we can crack the 400 mark! I guess we will have to find out :)

Do you do commission work for fabricating highmount turbo manifold for this motor. Was going to have a crack at it but id rather just paysomeone whos already done it.
Could I do this setup to a Corolla E11 1998 electronic 4efe with electronic ignition? The projects to turbocharge 4efe’s I found on forums are complicated. First of all the require a lot of 4efte parts that are hard to find in Europe. That’s why I might buy a 4efte ep91 with 90k Kms without gearbox and bolt it to my 4efe gearbox. I’m collecting info to swap and adapt parts. Loom, inlet (to 4efe inlet) manifold/down-pipe to cat/exhaust. ECU and fuse box. Sensors... What do you think?

You will need to add roughly 30% to the fuel table if you switch to ethanol or you can just find injectors that are around 30% bigger and get a similar result.

si desea utilizar 5efe, es un perno en la conversión. El único problema que puede tener es que el tubo de descarga turbo podría golpear la parte inferior del sumidero del motor. No se preocupe por cambiar los pistones, estará bien como está. No hagas demasiado impulso. Espero que esta traducción funcionó jaja
Sorry Shaun I didn't see ya message. I have a tdo5 20g and it makes 260 on 18 psi. Nick has an unknown td05 and it makes 250 on 22psi Get either a 16g or a 20g like mine and you will be fine :)
My build has td04 custom top mount in similar position, I'm working out WG actuator relocation and need to fab a solution. I had a crazy idea.... is there any reason to not have a remote mount acuator with a flexible cable wastegate linkage? I can't find anything like this on the internets...
Easiest way is I used one of the existing bracket holes on the turbo intake side and then welded a new bung on the side of it and tapped a thread through it. The actuator bracket then bolted on and away it went. As for the remote actuator you still need something to hold the actuator tightly shut so the boost doesn't leak out.
Awesome combo!! I run 550cc injectors from a gtr skylinesorry not sure on exact part number. They are yellow tops and are good for 260 hp so far, I haven't pushed them any further yet. If you have the second generation 4e or 5e intakes they are restrictive and WILL lose HP. You want to get a 4efte intake or a 1st generation 5efe intake. Much bigger ports

@Bas Roessen apart from the rods and pistons everything is pretty much the same. In this video this is just a plain old 4efe with the forged internals

The injectors didn’t fit at first so we had to grind back the plastic on the connectors so we didn’t have to bother replacing them xD

Con el motor 5efe stock, cuántos psi puedo usar, he leído que con motores stock se recomienda maximo 8 psi.
