Your album ‘Kanmalaiyin thaen’ with Anita Ashok is one of my all time favourites.
I have said this before, but I’ll say it again.
One of the prime factors of your music that has influenced me is that you don’t overplay instruments. At the same time you don’t compromise your style of playing. The music is so pure with no adulteration of commercialisation.
ONE-vol 1, ONE-vol 2, Kanmalaiyin thaen, HUM, REBORN, Kirayam... I got all of them in my playlist. Anytime I go on a long drive, this is what keeps playing on repeat mode.
