Leg arms aka Scott..I love your thoughtful and insightful statement on dyslexia. My husband has it as well. It wasn’t recognized back when he was in school, so he struggled. Eventually he dropped out and went to work. During his lifetime he’s accomplished so much!!! And I think you explained it exactly ! He has the most amazing ability to think in, like you said, 3-D. He can fix and accomplish anything. His problem solving skills are absolutely amazing . He is sought out by many to help with just about any problem you can think of. Your dyslexia certainly fits with your vast amount of amazingly great skill sets...just like my husbands!!

Cooler between turbos is in the literal sense an intercooler, water to air. Very useful in a tractor to keep intake air temperature down (thus lower EGT and more power for less fuel) because you don't have the speed or space for an appropriately sized air to air cooler in the nose.

Leg Arms, much respect and thanks for sharing that about yourself! I too have dyslexia and to this day, in my mid 30's, I still struggle with it. I share alot of your same views about the disorder and experiences from childhood. I always considered it a curse, where I was always treated as different by my classmates in school, and to some extent lesser. It sucked knowing that if it took the avg student an hour to do their homework, I would be at for at least double and some times triple that! However, if you learn to work through it, it does create a stronger work ethic and a willingness to preserve through adversity. I went from barely scraping by in HS to graduating with honors in College. It didn't come easy and it took alot longer for me than it might have for others but I feel that I'm stronger because of it!!

Leg arms from one dyslexic to another. Thats was spot on. I was tested at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore Maryland when i was in 5th grade many years ago. We (as in we dyslexics) normally have a higher IQ than most. We are also as you said more hands on and learn much differently than normal brained people. It also runs in families passed through the male side more often. There is a school in Maryland named the Jemicy school. They have been helping children and families for years. Have a great rest of the year.

Hey Bob. We run a old John Deere 955 harvester over here in Australia it has an evaporative cooler on the roof we dont use it though because the water in the bowl would splash out and go through the hole in the roof when you hit a bump and spray over the driver, I put up a video last year of my dad and i harvesting on a 45°C day as you could imagine she was pretty warm in the cab with just a blower blowing hot dusty air in your face haha

Awesome words Scott (Legarms) those were truly inspiring words. I'm not dyslexic but I do have a difficult time reading how to repair (in my line of work) a piece of equipment. I learn a vast majority more when I "put my hands on it" I learn more how it works. I can read a manual but it makes no sense until I can touch the equipment. Other guys can read the manual and know exactly what to do. So I agree it comes easy for them and I tend to have to work harder to understand.

I am dyslexic and I have Asperger syndrome also ( WHEN I WAS BORN NO ONE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT THESE THINGS, PEOPLE INCLUDING MY FATHER THOUGH THAT I WAS RETARDED), in many ways my life has been a struggle but it never stopped me.
I wan to add that I was born in France, left France when I was 15 or 16, worked and lived in 27 countries, I am in the USA since 1983) I arrived here with $20.00 in my pocket and not speaking American and that this country was very good to me.
I became a Christian in the USA and God has always been very good to me.
    I 'made" it.
I am now 71 and retired with more money that I need.
I write this to encourage anyone who has challenges.
Work hard and be persistent and tenacious and, by the grace of God, you will make it.

20:23 That is jacket water after cooling. As the turbo compresses the air, the air heats up. The hot air does not have as much oxygen so it does not make as much power. The engine coolant is cooler than the compressed air, so they use the coolant to remove some of the heat. There is also air to air cooling, that uses air flowing over a cooler to cool the compressed air. Air to air cooling is common on trucks.

Scott, dyslexic is not a handicap it’s a gift from god. You can take pieces of scrap around the farm, form them , mold them, and weld then into very useful inventions. That is such a gift. With your gift the lord gave for fabrication and figuring things out and your family will never go without. Parents push their kids to be Dr’s, and lawyers but this world also needs ditch diggers like us, someone has to build it for the Dr’s and lawyers...💪💪💪💪

You never had undiagnosed dyslexia, it can be a handicap if every one just calls you stupid or thick as they did me....

After watching Mr Banks channel, I believe you are correct in the cooler between the turbos. He has said if there is no cooler between twin turbos the second turbo well just burn up.

Legarms, your insightful statements concerning dyslexia and actual intelligence are quite spot on. You need to go to the local elementary and/or high school and give an inspirational talk about agriculture and even more importantly, work ethic and how to adapt. Very well done sir!

Hey guys love your videos just checking to see how the fires are doin. I live on the oregon coast and we just had to evacuate because of a fire getting really close to town. There was a storm here and apperently it blew a transformer and that started the fire.

The technical term for swamp colors is evaporative coolers. They would work great in Montana, but are terrible around here. Too humid for us to make swamp coolers work. I worked at an HVAC company that made a lot of evap coolers. The reason why they are a good option is because they are super cheap to run. Just an additional water pump as far as the electric goes. They use them in paint booths to add humidity back to the air after it has been dehumidified as well.

For the cart, probably wouldn't be hard to make a mount for the hose nozzle
As for the engine, that's the water-to-air intercooler
