    Great teacher. Karl Gnass has videos on his channel that I consider to be gems, but they are few. To quote a line from Oliver Twist, "more [art] please."

    As I draw more, I see the David has a big head! But I gather it was supposed to be seen from far below.

      Not only. The David statue was designed to be viewed from the bottom up. That's why the legs are shorter and the shoulders are wider. Viewed from above, the perspective produces the perfect result. The artists of antiquity considered everything. No comparison to modern times.
