Ask Rhonnie it work well Rhonnie make sure you do what he says and do 75 signs. That’s what I do and have managed to put some deals together in a short time and even meet potential sellers. Always have in mind that you are trying to sell the house you are at and ask if they want to make a offer. Presentation is everything. Differentiate yourself from the competition.
Tom how do I prepare the food vendor? I have consulted with a food truck vendor. Should I limit to 1 or 2 items, tickets for 1 serving, etc. Do you have any members that I could reach out to learn from their experience? Thank you!
The Cutting Edge Team you could give out tickets to limit items. Or a coupon for x items. Don’t over complicate it. Think of it like a party. Keep it simple and fun!
What types of events would have the best ROI for attracting buyers for mini-mega open house in 250k-350k range? Outside of traditional marketing via circle prospecting, door knocking, DM , ect
Hi Tom! I have gone all out on one particular property. The neighborhood is unresponsive. I’m considering hosting a Brokers Open House. It’s not the worst of neighborhoods, but it’s not the best. I’m determined to get this property sold. I’ll line up the signs for brokers. The first time I lined them up for buyers including food. Poor attendance. I think if I have a Brokers open house, it will grab the attention of people who just won’t walk out the door. So what!!! It’s not even close to a $300,000 neighborhood. However, it will capture attention. Price reduction yes, we’re moving forward to get this sold. People need a place to live.
Love the advice but I have a question about the open house raffle idea. Let's say you have 25 visitors but obviously, only 1 person wins the Ipad. How do you contact the other 24 leads without upsetting them that they didn't win the Ipad?
I'll try it! I used to be an event planner before being a Realtor. Most food trucks want an audience especially if your OH is on a slow day for them and you can both cross market the event! Now how do I get some listings!! 😁😂
Can I do this open house strategy in a country like Turkey? I am a new real estate agent in Turkey and I feel that people aren't so open here. What should I do?
This was a super helpful video! But I think it’s unrealistic to expect a brand new agent with no money to hire a food truck and a professional pitcher from a baseball team to be at the open house. The most I can do is an Amazon gift card right now lol. More realistic suggestions for those of us just starting would be appreciated. We’re not all millionaires yet with a budget to buy iPads for strangers.
You raise a good point, which is why not every strategy will work for all agents. Because of this, my team and I provide more tailored support for agents at every level aside from those that can invest more in their business.
