    Update: I have been doing these exercises once daily, for almost a week now and I’ve already noticed a difference! Thank you! These exercises are very helpful and not that difficult!

      This Same video every day or different ones? And what have you noticed a change in exactly?

    • @kaitlynlowery

      @@bellacrazygirl it was this video, that I was following, for best results do it probably 2 times a day morning and evening. During pregnancy I started peeing on myself couldn’t hold my bladder very well, and these exercises helped with that. And when it came time for me to give birth I pushed my baby out in like 13 minutes without any tearing, and I didn’t have a whole lot of pain down below. But everyone’s experience will be different

    Great workout, thank you. It’s easy to forget in pregnancy to engage the core muscles.

    I’m 32 weeks. It feels like I always have to pee. And walking makes the feeling worse. Can this help strengthen my muscles for that?

      @laurenfitterfitness  11 місяців тому +1

      Absolutely!! Some of that is just hormones + how low big and baby is. But it’ll help with urges and bladder control!

    Im started doing pelvic exercises but had to stop because my son would jump on me 😭. Recently I pee myself super easily just by a small cough so I def need to do these again 🙃

    How many times a week should I do this?

    • @laurenfitterfitness
      @laurenfitterfitness  Місяць тому

      I recommend doing deep core work 3-4 times per week during pregnancy. You can also mix it up with my other prenatal ab workouts on my playlists ❤

    Wait I thought you don’t lie on your back in pregnancy due to increased risk of still birth ?

    • @laurenfitterfitness
      @laurenfitterfitness  6 місяців тому

      It depends on the individual, and always check with your doctor! But lying on your back for short periods of time is generally considered safe during pregnancy. But if you feel unwell, lightheaded, short of breath, etc, stop and consult your doctor!❤

    I thought we weren’t allowed to be on our backs while pregnant?

    • @laurenfitterfitness
      @laurenfitterfitness  Місяць тому +1

      It is generally safe to be on your back for short periods of time. However, if your provider says otherwise, then listen to their guidance. If you feel unwell, short of breath, etc, those are all signs of intolerance and to stop. ❤
