i had been going to the gym for many months running miles and lifting weights. When I discovered Keaira and did her workouts I actually saw results! I've lost over 10 pounds in just a couple of months, I just wanna say thank you so much! these workouts have been a true life saver for me and I do not regret cancelling my gym membership.
I absolutely love her exercise videos. I find myself doing different videos in one session. She is really motivating me to stay on my exercise routine. When I exercise to her videos, I do not want to quit the workouts. I will now be tracking my weight loss.
"Kick, block, punch, punch!" I love this workout, it's so clutch when I want a good workout but don't have a lot of time and it's fun! Sometimes (like today) I add ankle weights for more resistance but it's a great workout with or without them. Thank you for this and so the rest of your amazing workouts Keaira, you are awesome!

THANK you Keira for your fun energy and love! Doing this one routine many a week is greatly reducing pain I've been having for a couple years from a torn meniscus. I wear hand weight gloves while doing it plus modify the routine as needed to care for my knee as well as give more training to my arms and upper body. UntilI I learned from David Butler's work with Explain Pain, I had been doing less and less activity, each time I felt pain. From the Explain Pain work, I learned that by doing more fitness training and movement, mindfully, I release more synovial fluid in my knee plus strengthen the cartilage and meniscus that remains, to hold my knee cap in place. I learned hat pain is made in the brain because the brain thinks the movement can cause damage, and sometimes the brain makes mistakes about what may be damaging. Through David Butler's work with Explain Pain, I learned that if the pain goes away after a day, then that was just pain from the muscles not being used to doing that activity. Thanks to doing this one youtube Keira! From doing it almost everyday, mindfully, I have so many more movement options.

Just did this workout for the first time. Haven’t worked out in awhile. Working full time, part-time, I have a child and I’m a graduate student. I’m super crazy busy, but I need to loose weight. Hoping to be able to do this workout at home right before bed. I’m already breathing heavy and drinking water in the 10 minute work.

Keaira, this is a fab workout for me even with my knees that are getting more vulnerable AND pelvic prolapse (I'm 69 years old). So I can't do the jumping that I love so much anymore. I think you should add "pelvic prolapse" or "pelvic organ support" and "knee friendly" to you tags so others like me can find you.
