Hi PJ, What is it that changes when you change from a degree 2 to a degree 3 curve? If the explanation is too long for here, maybe you could take a minute to explain next time you do it in a video?

Thanks, really interesting video! I would like to ask you something. After 3d printing, if we decide to cast to get a metal piece, would there be a downsizing percentage?

when i boolean union the jali pipe pattern i face Surface intersection error. I saw some solution in your Q/A playlist by changing the coordinate of the pipe, but can we group it and print in 3d printer? or is there any easier solution to overcome that
Also long as all the parts are solid, they don't have to be boolean in order to 3D print.

Pj, What minimum wireframe pipe diameter would you recommend for casting? From personal experience. Ive never had filigree cast
It depends on how big is the model, and how tight of the structure between wire
Hi PJ; I was really curios about the design of such jewelry pieces, now you enlightened me:) In order to print and cast such pieces in precious metals; which resin printer you suggest? Will 4k be enough or I will need something else? Need your recommendation;thanks a lot
The 3D printer is getting more affordable nowadays. The fine detail use to print in wax with solidscape wax printer but now there are 8k resin printer. I have a 4k printer and the resolution is good enough for most of jewelry line engagement ring. I believe 8k will have super surface but I have not try one myself.
@@PJChenJewelryDesign yeah, that is what I heard about 8k printers;they have perfect surface finish. So bad I can't find any in Turkey right now; since I doubt about 4k, I keep my money right now. Thanks for reply,love your work,keep up:)

Hi, I’m just starting out and looking for a low budget 3D printer for jewelry. Do you guys have any recommendations?
I personally use Phrozen, but I have heard many other good brands as well. There are several groups on FB you can join to get the most update information.
