    I've been a black male social worker for over 10yrs qualified. 20yrs total working within London children and family services. I can absolutely say, although you may be worried about the input of children's service, you absolutely NEED to know the Law. There are a few things I would have advised Sa Ra to do differently, but ultimately he played the game 99.9% Do not get triggered and engage with a woman like this and get your freedom and or child taken from you. There are many women out there TODAY that will still use this strategy and your child as a pawn for their gain, and this is sometimes why our black children out in the community are in the state they're in. I would happily provide free advice to anyone going through this, as I've worked extensively with children on the other side of this trauma, and as Sa Ra described with his own childhood, it could've quite easily gone the other way. Respect brother, please keep safe! One!

      The law is farce & so is social services. Social services contribute to children truma in the name of 'safeguarding' that is irony.
      The mother told social services I wasn't a risk to children. But because she made false allegations I was prevented seeing children for year. Cafcass based on one phone can contribute to you not seeing your children for 4 or 5 months. In that time my daughter lashed out in school. Then 8 months later cafcass tell us what I already knew she was upset at not seeing her father.
      Good work social services. I don't care how long you worked with them .
      Cafcass can't even apply common sense, mother said children were safe with me, daughter was asking to see me, I looked after children on weekends 6 months after she made original allegations before she cut contact.
      Yet cafcass meant I hardly saw my children for 8 months.
      Once I had my section 7 interview contact was okay.
      You say it is the courts but 95% of the time courts take the advice of cafcass on contact.

    • @Shia.Ahlulbayt
      @Shia.Ahlulbayt Рік тому +3

      I am pretty confident your advice would the same as every social worker get legal advice. In other words follow court route apply for c100. Social services are still a problem if want to say well that cafcass not much difference.
      When mother first left she wanted me to have contact with children it was children social services who prevented. Even when daughter was asking to see me. Social services recommended no contact. I had to chase them to get resolved. I offered every option for me see children.
      Then social workers get angry when you say to them was that acting in child best interest to deny contact when child asking for it.
      No common sense social services one extreme to another

      If you understand life, then you would know that experiences and memory doesn't heal
      It's the skill of not dwelling and moving on with life is the key, and most important nothing which is unjust will escape the record, which each and everyone will have to answer for on that day

      @@thebeesnuts777 Agree to an extent, most memories fade, lots of things can be adjusted with attitude, but trauma is unique because it’s visually imprinted in the memory. Which is why people stay stuck. They have flash backs etc because it’s visually embedded in the psyche it takes a specialist psychotherapist to process trauma.

    It makes me angry when parents have to end up at court to see their child. I feel for this man and his babymom shouldnt be stopping him from seeing his son. If his willing to be there for his son and hold his responsibility then whats the problem. Clearly she has alot of issues and its the child who suffers in the end. I hope he gets the healing he needs and access to see his son. This needs to stop and we need to be supporting one another, Co parent better instead of tearing each other down.

No matter what she's done or what paperwork you have from court the police get called and us good dad's get fucked over by 'officer discretion ' . Your playing the most important game of your sons life and your attitude is perfect. Stay strong . Be more than reasonable everyone she causes you drama and eventually you'll get a proper court order that provides for you and your sons needs . You lose it once bruv and your fucked so hold it together untill ya win . Then deal with the PTSD once your settled . Been there mate so well done . being a real man ain't easy

    I think when the man introduces himself and his story, and he talks about how he took on the bbms other kid(s) I think its vital to pause straight away an the host to quickly ask "when you took on her other kid(s) did you ask or know why 'thier' dads are not around
    IF THAT!!!
    Be the case
    Towards response before they continue to evaluate
    It will count towards suggestions and clarity
    In my case, and most man I've seen on here
    they have to explain about the bbms partner not being in thier on own lane
    It's a good and fair questioning for clarity and glass houses 👊🏿✊🏿

    It’s a common thing black mothers do to the the fathers who WANT to be in their lives. They psychology are messed up. From not letting the father see the kids to money issues to calling the police. It’s a trait of the black woman who have fathers who do their part. Nothing new

      That's a selfish act from the woman to use the child as a weapon of object against the father, this act of wickedness and selfishness will only cause the children to turn on the mother when they find out the truth later on and God help her if she was to ever get sick later on in her older years on whether her children will be there for her due to her own wickedness.

    I got to the part where Sa Ra said where black women call the police on black men knowing how the history between the two are worldwide, is done in his eyes.. Bruh be more specific cah we done know some women are just vindictive such as the one you spoke about on this platform. But what about the black women who are suffering from abuse from black men especially physical, who are they supposed to call?

      @JayW16 3 роки тому

    • @ThePeacemaker8
      @ThePeacemaker8 3 роки тому +14

      If a black woman is physically being abused and she calls the police on him then she is well within her rights. No man should be physically beating his partner and I am sure Sa Ra would be in full support of that. However we know that the first thing a woman will do when she doesn’t get her way is to call the police on her man. When there is no physical violence. He lived with her for 10 years and after 10 years she wants to call the police on him. Well done for having the courage and wisdom to walk way.
