Planthopper in Brunei

A sap-sucking Planthopper from the Flatidae family, and related to aphids.
These ones are actually the young (larval stage) of a very different-looking insect, some examples can be seen here: goo.gl/dbGScT
Many insects undergo metamorphosis like this and change dramatically as they mature, such as caterpillars growing into butterflies.Thanks to Dr Arthur for helping with the ID.
