OOOF internal med was relatively painful and I won't lie I'm glad it's over - BUT it's also arguably one of the most important rotations in medical school so we're doing a deep dive in this video. At the end I go into how my expectations compared to reality plus some misc afterthoughts and how I studied for this monster of a shelf exam - enjoy! :)

The JOY on your face when you realised that your knowledge was relevant for that patient with cluster headaches - I'm smiling at the video! Hehe. But also, you got there because of your skills with listening, giving the patient time to tell their story. That kind of stuff can't be memorised from a textbook.
