I've been meaning to do this to my eg with the jackspania radiator. Now I know how it fits and I know what I need to get it to fit. Thanks for the upload...keep them coming
if doing AN plumbing for a street car use -20an hoses the radiator fittings could be converted using -16an orb to -20an. The -20an hoses are closer to stock size 1.25" hoses. they are gonna be more expensive but it's piece of mind.
Cool piece. You should move the reservoir up to the height of the filler to allow the coolant to travel back and forth. You probably already trimmed the front of the upper rad hose to get rid of that high point air pocket. And ya no need to cap the plastic filler bucket when bleeding, that would slow the process.
Aisha Lady Built Garage putva tucked radiator system on her EK and had issues with this unit. Without a swirl pot it ran even hotter. Check out her tucked radiator upload for some helpful tips if you end up needing any.
@ 1:51, I still see the 1991 Tahitian Blue EF. Didn't you say that the new owner suppose to pick it up last Friday? Will you be posting a "So long, one last look" video of it? You did such an amazing job on that EF that your videos inspired me to get an EF.
My videos are usually never done over just one day. I work in things as time permitting but yes it is gone now. Here is the final video of it. ua-cam.com/video/6exnEYgPvtE/v-deo.htmlsi=OetXbLMpXjoj9zkW
I also did that no spill funnel on my radiator but after filling the funnel when the radiator was full everything went down to the reservoir and overflowed many coolant. Did I do something wrong?
@@GarageBuiltHondas reason i asked was because i had overheating issues twice with my civic and integra. I was using ebay/amazon "high cfm" rated fans but they turned out to barely move any air. I upgraded to SPAL fans and my turbo integra never overheated again

Glad I could help
That tucked radiator looks dope man, Love the engine bay.
Heck yeah. This civic is turning out good.
Can't believe I missed this one. The new UA-cam feed setup is messing with what I WANT to watch.
Great update, brother! That is a very nice setup.
I hate that. UA-cam can be off sometimes for recommendations. They always want to show me the same videos I've already seen in my feed. Grrr!
Eg looking sweet as usual

Interesting. I had zero issues and I just got back from a track day out of town.
@@GarageBuiltHondas Gad to hear you had no issues. I do believe her tucked radiator system is from speed factory. Wonder why she had issues ?
I just installed one in my Crx from plm and run’s great
Thx GBH this is Jackspania
👍👍👍👍👍 looks really good
Great job came out awesome such a clean setup on the engine bay 🔧🔩⚒😎👍
Heat shield on your exhaust manifold is needed
I would love to find a race crash bar like you have but for the EF probably going to have to fab one though
Hopefully the guy who makes these decides to do EFs eventually
Just go with the a.n lines it will be fine i have a klm one no issues at all
I raced it at the track last Saturday. No issues. I possibly may try it just for testing reasons to see if there's a difference.
That support bar is that from Charlie from Minnesota?
Correct. instagram.com/charlie.moua.doryoku?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

I'm curious if you will see any temp differences on track with & without the fan shroud (after you make the rad ducting)
Sick🤙
The headers is what’s causing your overheating. The design is bad for not pulling the exhaust out of the engine during the pulse phase.
Negative
Hello how did you wire up the dual fans.
Is there room to put the A/C condenser on with that radiator?
WOW the header looks like sooo sexy.can you sad me the name of this header?and what is better our header or a srs header 421 for my b18c4?

Are you going to use there engine harness and headlight harness ?
Headlight harness next!
11:09 where did you get the hardware bolts Jon?

Really cool .did your car over heat under hard driving ?cause thats the issue im having on my b18 ek
It didn't. It only overheated at out last event because I had a light bar in front of it.
🔥🔥🔥🔥😇😊🍻🍺

Doesn't sound like it.
is that radiator going to be enough to cool the engine? it looks a tad small.
I raced on Saturday. Zero issues. You'll see in the next video!
What crash bar is that? I've not seen any with the tow hooks.

Ouch 😂 jackspania product 😅😅😅
We love the hate.
What brand are your fans?
They came with the radiator setup.

Which polarity do the fans have to spin push or pull?
Black to negative.
