Infamous Infamous 2 and Infamous festival of blood are the best hands down personally anything after that is mid FirstLight and second sons were in my opinion disappointments that did not carry the candle well

Yeah, i honestly would've been more excited to see cole again. The theory around the lightning bolt hitting his body at the end would be enough for me. Like if his consciousness was just traveling around as lightning after the rayfield explosion.

The infamous franchise was my childhood. I've played the first and second games for hundreds of hours.
second son was a great take on the game with new characters and powers, neon girl and that dude who made video game monsters real were some nice powers
I honestly want them to make a game highlighting Eugene's powers, like they did with Fetch, but in a different way. Like after he escaped, and met Delsin, to get a second point of view and new looks into the character.
I decided to try out Second Son because it was on ps+ and man I wa surprised. Graphics are really nice and gameplay is super smooth. Story is good enough to make me tear up at times, so yak voice acting is up there. I would say some lines are off at times but that and the typical Ubisoft gameplay loop are the only qualms I have. If you stick to story and do the outpost every once in a while it keeps things fresh.

Yeah the postgame content was pretty lackluster but the main draws of these games was always the story. The karma based outcomes made playthroughs feel really good a second time when you switched to evil or good. I will say the karma system was best in the first game tho.

Infamous 4 should be Cole’s revival that was teased at the end of 2 and he has to take on bad karma Delsin from second son along with fetch and Eugene as the mini boss lieutenants that you can redeem or condemn. You could explore the depth of Cole’s power more bringing him up to level comparable to Kessler with his teleportation and time manipulation abilities. But most of all we’ve gotta have more Zeke brother. Half as long, twice as bright.
Zeke was the goat. Easily one of the best NPC's in video game history
The only problem with this is that the good ending for second son is canon (as far as I’m aware) and if I’m a little nitpicky, Kessler’s time travel was one way
I'm not a fan of this, but I'm excited about Cole's return. I think they should create another game centered around Delsin since there's still so much to discover about him and his powers. His abilities make him overpowered, but they also make the game more enjoyable than when playing as Cole.
@@djpearcyDelsin was very underpowered compared to Cole. The only thing Delsin had going for him was traversal. He could move around much faster. All the abilities were just prince and repeats of each other and from what I understand. Once he saved his people at the reservation he was done.

In my opinion, and without nostalgia bias because I didn’t play these games when they first released, infamous is one of the most well thought out and interesting series to come out of the superhero sandbox genre. I recently played them all and Infamous 1 and 2 are easily my two favorite games. The story is actually enthralling and it makes you care about these real but fake people. I want them back

I just platinum inFamous 1 like a month ago after +10 years. Those 350 shards were a pain.
I remember getting my platinum on infamous. I didn’t even mind how hard it was I loved that game so much I still wanna play it but my ps account is long gone
We need an Infamous game similar to Mass Effect 2 where the goal is to fight your way through the city to either recruit or destroy conduets who are running around to help fight a big bad villain at the end. You could have a few areas with dialog options that allow you to track down a super powered person, then learn their story and choose if you want them to help or take them out for causing trouble. But there can be relationships between the characters that might make balancing the teams difficult.
Also, I think it might be cool to add a few RPG elements like stat increases and power mixing.
We need both Infamous 1 & 2 fully remade for PS5 in a collection. Also add all of these games DLC' s.

I have only played infamous 2 and loved it, I like the deep exploration of this power. They need to make more, especially with the times having changed there is more electricity being used now which would make him even more powerful, I like the location of infamous 2 being in a rather small town with lots of water. Since Cole can’t really go in the water that’s good, and my favourite activity I remember was just gliding on the tram top bits which feels so smooth and fun.

I remember going to the store with my dad, and some kid was balling his eyes out because he had come to get infamous 2, but he had an xbox.

I disagree, because I don't trust anyone to make it correctly. Too many great legacies get ruined because someone thinks "I know! We'll just reuse an old IP, it'll be great!", and then it usually isn't. God of War aside, I've been proven right more than wrong on this before.

by far my favorite ps3 game. so sad it’s unplayable unless you have a ps3 with the game. would love to see it remastered

One of the first games I played on my ps4 when k got it loved it being able to have multiple powers was so fun and mastering them all
Those games were awesome, I was especially a big fan of the Parkour system. It was so much fun roaming around the streets
Agreed. Second Son was so far ahead of its time it wasn’t even funny. The visuals, gameplay, story, art design, and characters still hold up today and it even outperforms some if not most modern AAA titles. And the story was great because it allowed you to feel like a down to earth guy who wants to save people, or a narcissistic manipulative psychopath that’s hellbent on revenge.
Second Son had character and soul behind it. I’d like to see the series make a comeback. And maybe they could build on their graffiti system, that was a really cool feature and I appreciate how the art can be different depending on what Karma you prefer.

I’ve been praying for infamous to return for years now. I loved Cole McGrath was such a great character. I also loved second son. Love to see a infamous second son 2 ❤❤. Fantastic games they need to make a return
I had an idea which I wish I could pitch being “Infamous, the conduit rebellion”
Taking place after the evil ending in infamous second son Delsin Rowe begins wreaking havoc all over America, Seattle has become a conduits playground. A small group of conduits team up and decide enough is enough, led by a decendant/relative of a certain Cole magrath.
Evil ending could be something along the lines of Augustine still being alive and you turn the conduits back over to the DUP, while the good ending actually liberates the conduits and humans from Delsins crutch

Infamous is literally The Boys for teens if they brought it back. Make it M rated so we get gorier aftermath for all situations. I made the joke playing second son, I was using fetches power. I ran through like 5 people but imagine regardless if you’re a hero or villain the negative karma you would get for a action like that. Even if it stays T rated we do need another installment cause this franchise is literally one of my favorites hands down.
You can simply play prototype for a R rated infamous.

What’s also crazy is how underrated the music is, im literally listening to the full playlist as I randomly stumble across this post randomly, IVE BEEN WAITING YEARS FOR THE NEXT GAME, but honestly with how things are in gaming these days I’d prefer at this point not to taint the legacy of such a great series honestly, having the series come to a close as a piece of unplayable and un-enjoyable trash is not something I ever want to experience.
Also the Canon ending in infamous to lead directly into second son which was caused because most people went for the good ending the first time and they collected that up

This franchise was definitely one of the best superhero games ever made this was a huge part of my childhood I really wish Sony would bring this IP back and I definitely agree that that this superhero franchise is definitely better then most of the superheroes stuff that happens nowaday this franchise was the Goat but all Sony did nowadays is just remastered Last of Us when there's plenty of better Sony IPS than last of us like this and the original God of War an even the original Killzone and resistance need to make a comeback❤

Infamous 2 will still always be my favorite… second son was disappointing due to a tiny 5-6 hour campaign. Other than that it was a good game. Just prefer the second one:)

What really got me was how for some reason reggie could manhandle fetch. Or how delsin coukdnt just lift reggue up when he was being incased in concrete. I know reggie let go. But conduits are not weak by anymeans. Kessler could coke like a frizzbi and cole coukd lift severai tons easily.
These first two were golden I never got to try the vampire dlc cause I lost the code 😢
