a) u cant brand your website as an 'official' porn site as u would drown in a pool or other / actual porn sites and would become irrelevant
b) u cant claim to be a family friendly gaming website, while not banning pornstreamers for breaking the rules they ban other streamers for (as they are your biggest moneybags + there is zero competition).

They also need to be careful about the balance of it. If twitch starts having more adult/porn type of content then everything else the company they use for processing payments can pull support. Making it either impossible or extremely expensive for people to use any type of charge card. I think that will be what ultimately makes twitch change. Ad's are a tiny part of twitch rev. They make the bulk of the money from subs and bits. Now does twitch in its current state still attract advertises, yeah. Could they be more family friendly and attract bigger ones? maybe. Twitch won't make a change until advertisers or merchant processors do first.
