My 2017 CX-5 2.2 Diesel has just passed 150.000 km, no issues atm. Is there any preventive services/fixes you can do to prevent major problems down the road?

What do you mean you are too old to crawl underneath the engine at 30 , I'm 72 and just spent a few hours under my car plus had the EGR parts off for cleaning with washing up fluid and water, came up a treat.
Following your good 'How to' videos , it gave me an idea of how you take off the EGR etc. I am not new to dismantling engines, my first one was a Triumph motorcycle engine in 1967, followed by a Austin A35 engine , my first car in 1969/70. Plus 10 years on ships diesels , even overhauling fuel injectors and fuel pumps. 50 year later I can still do it but it takes longer and I get tired easier. Wish I was 30 again. Keep up the good work.
If you changed the camshaft on the car, did you change the camfollowers as well as it was these that caused the wear on the camshaft as they were too hard.

When we change the camshaft we also change the thicker rocker arms and 4 tappets.
The 1.5 diesel also had this problem and the solution was to clean the strainer because it was filled with carbon somehow.
