Here’s my situation: I can play the guitar part fine but once I try to sing and play, I go off, also sometimes I get lost on where the word begins within the beat. Do u have any suggestions or tips? I really appreciate the video by the way.

I practice as much as I can to a metronome. Helps to keep me in time and points out areas I need to improve
