Hey Gerwin! For faster songs using the F chord I would use the one I teach in this video here: ua-cam.com/video/v54ixnTLhFg/v-deo.html Otherwise that barre chord definitely messes up the rhythm of playing.
Capo 4 repeat C and G pretty much the entire song the pre-chorus is D, Em, C and D again the bridge is basically just C and G again, but just before you switch back to C you can throw in a D
