Kinda an ironic comment, considering that the predators needed to eat to survive.
That rabbit running from the Lynx and diving in the snow I had never seen that before. Poor rabbit had no fur left on it by the time the lynx gave up.

Facts: the pronghorn known as the american antelope is by far one of the fastest land dwelling mammal in the western hemisphere achieving a top speed over 55mph (88kmph) by keeping their top speed over 8 miles long (5 miles) in a single day by the power of high andurance.
It is also the second fastest land mammal in the world followed by the african cheetah.
the unpredictable short sharp turns and the light weight gave the rabbit advantage.

Donnie v If the Film Crew spent enough time in the in the wilderness areas and were in the right place at the right time you can catch animals hunting and being hunted . It might not have been the same Lynx that was chasing the rabbit and also fought with the Cougar. There is a lot of Editing with most Wildlife Productions so the Narrator and producer can come up with an informative and entertaining video.

This documentary is my childhood documentary i love it like my fresh love
#WORLDCLASS the fox, cottontail rabbit, and hawk footage some of the best wildlife videography ever, this is a once or twice in career footage, I've never seen an eagle or hawk on the ground running and slipping after prey awesome footage ps i believe the lynx hunting snowrabbit is the 2nd time its been filmed so congrats to that guy

I don't believe the scene about the skunk was a surprise. Interesting, water was avaliable. We live in a get partially naked even on a kids show world. This is a sad world when you can't even see a nature show without seeing human flesh. 💔 I am so looking forward to the peaceful animals in GOD'S kingdom !

Some preys and predators will stand up and fight for themselves and their baby if they have any.
What is 'INSTRUCTIONAL' about this video is that for probably MANY types of predators, the prey MUST BE ALIVE to begin with! Even some animals will not EAT WHAT THEY DID NOT KILL themselves. These do not 'scavenge' unless, of course, they are STARVING.
