There are experts at The Engine Collection, and they sometimes take on commercial jobs, but if you are not very rich, it would probably not be feasible, because of the cost of transport, and the time factor in restoring old machines. I think that probably the most realistic thing is to find and cooperate with local enthusiast, with knowledge of restoring historic machinery. Maybe not an easy task.
