Smashing Delicious Lasagna with Alfredo sauce!!

1Ib of hamburger
1Ib of mild Italian sausage
1 green pepper (chopped)
1 yellow onion (chopped)
12 cloves of garlic minced
Two 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes
Fresh Oregano, Basil, thyme
1Ib of Muenster cheese
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
32 fluidoz bottle of heavy whipping cream
Butter
1 package of cream cheese
2 cups of Gated Parmesan cheese
Two boxes of lasagna noodles
Directions for marinera sauce:
In a skillet on medium high heat, sauté chopped onion, green pepper and half of minced garlic together until soft. Scoot veggies to the side in pan and add your sausage & hamburger. Cook until no longer pink. Next add both cans of crushed tomatoes, fresh herbs and season with garlic salt, onion powder and Italian seasoning. Then simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Directions for Alfredo sauce: In a sauce pan on medium low heat melt 1Tbsp of butter with the rest of the minced garlic and allow to sweat for 3 minutes. Next add cream cheese packet and allow to melt down. Next add whole bottle of heavy whipping cream. 2cups of Parmesan cheese and allow to combine together on low heat. Season with pepper, garlic salt, Cajun seasoning and onion powder.
After sauces are done layer lasagna in a pan with marinera sauce, Noodles, Alfredo sauce and Muenster cheese. Repeat the process until finished and top it off with mozzarella cheese and wrap it in foil and bake it in the oven for 50 minutes on 375 degrees! Then bake another 10 minutes uncovered until the cheese is golden brown around the edges! Enjoy!
